Once enrolled, gym is available 24 hours a day. Its on the smaller side but plenty of variety of equipment for good workout. Friendly staff and patrons.

The owner is super friendly and very polite! There are quite a few machine and a separate area if you wish to "weight lift". Everyone seems friendly and the place is super clean! Lots of parking and decently lit even after dark.

Massage therapy is amazing. I go every 2 weeks. Meghan is wonderful. I go there for my care as well. Cassie is amazing. Always a pleasant experience :) Rich is such a nice guy. Colton (owner) is a very nice young man. I reccomend Body Barn !
